Job retention program through UWV
You’ve taken the step toward employment, or you’ve started your journey as a self-employed professional. That’s a fantastic milestone! However, after being out of the workforce for a while, this transition can also feel daunting. How do you stay healthy, motivated, and balanced? With us, you’ll receive the support you need to make your new work venture a success—and, most importantly, to stay employed sustainably!
A challenging transition
Returning to work after receiving a UWV benefit comes with its own set of challenges. You might be afraid of relapsing or notice that your energy levels are not yet what they used to be. Long workdays or high-pressure environments can feel overwhelming. Social situations at work, such as interacting with colleagues or supervisors, might also feel daunting. If you’re self-employed, you may face different concerns, such as juggling diverse tasks or finding ways to increase your income.
We help you meet these challenges and guide you in finding a new balance. This is how we ensure that you are stronger in your shoes.
The right coach for you!
A personal approach is central to our process. Before you get started, you will meet one of our matchers. Together we look at which coach suits you: someone who matches your situation, personality and needs. This way we ensure that you get off to a good start right away!
Our coaching focuses on strengthening your skills and dealing with any limitations.
What do you achieve with the Job Retention programme?
- Find pleasure in your work
- Use your talents
- Develop new skills

Inspiring group sessions
In addition to individual coaching, we regularly offer online group sessions on various themes. Here, you can connect with others in similar situations, share experiences, and gain inspiration. It’s a great opportunity to network and support one another.
Conversations in the workplace
Most conversations take place at the coach’s office, but where necessary we also offer conversations at your workplace. For example, together with your manager, to discuss topics such as load capacity and cooperation.
