"It doesn't matter what you're going through, it's how you deal with it."

“Your career often starts with a summer job or a newspaper route and then becomes more serious. At certain times it is time for change. For example, if the organization where you work changes, you get sick or reluctantly go to work.
Change doesn’t always feel good, but it’s inevitable in the end. Where do you go from here? That question is not always easy to answer.
I myself have been stuck twice in my career. The first time I got a burnout. I experienced this as a very difficult period, but I got to know myself much better because of it. It has also made me more powerful and given me insights. I’ve discovered how resilient I am. The second time, I no longer had a challenge in my job and I wondered what I was actually doing it all for. This was not an easy period either. I had a well-paid job with a lot of freedom, which I had to let go of.
In both of my experiences, I needed help answering several questions I had. Fortunately, with the help I received, I was always able to continue my career.
I started my career as a Gatekeeper Case Manager. Subsequently, I coached, supervised and trained young people and their parents in a criminal law framework for more than 12 years. Eventually, I had children of my own and I wanted to be at home more. Veik then started working as a designer in my own company. I made various jewelry and fashion accessories myself. I then worked for a number of years as an HR Manager and Career Coach at an employment agency in the Transport & Logistics sector. I would like to share my work experience, network and what I have learned during the difficult moments with you.
I am a coach with a passion for empowering people. I would like to give you that helping hand, so that you can move forward. I do this with great pleasure and enthusiasm. You are at the center of the coaching. It’s about who you are and how you regain your power.
I joined Dynamisch Bureau because I think it’s important to be connected to other professionals. I believe that in the end you achieve more together and sharing knowledge is of great value.
I believe that everyone has talents. With the right knowledge, resources and guidance, we can continue to develop ourselves. We need others who help us on our way and inspire us to get the most out of ourselves and to believe in ourselves. I hope to be that coach for you! I believe in you!”
