Even if you do work that suits you, experiencing dismissal or illness is sometimes unavoidable. In such situations, it is important to turn this challenging period into a positive new start. I am happy to guide you through this, so that you come out of the situation stronger and can take a new direction that suits you better.
My personal approach is born out of experience, both in my private life and in my work. I know what it’s like to go through tough times, and I’ve learned to always persevere and keep looking for new opportunities. I regularly hear that I can inspire the other person to ‘not give up’.
With a background in Human Movement Sciences and experience as an ergonomist and reintegration coach, I discovered early on my passion for guiding people to suitable work. This led me to found Dynamisch Bureau in 2005. Since then, we have supported thousands of people in their work and career.
In order to continue to develop myself, I have immersed myself in nonviolent communication, completed a post-graduate training in coaching and I have become a certified TMA talent professional. Recently I also completed a 2.5 year training to become an integral coach. With all this knowledge and experience, I can help you to make contact with your inner wisdom, for example by not only relying on your thoughts and judgments, but also by making contact with the information that your body can give you. In short: heart, head and stomach!

In 2023, I found a great collaboration partner in Agnes Oosterveen and together we now run Dynamisch Bureau. Our team has grown into a large group of independent coaches who share the same passion to help people move forward in their working lives.
