“Your entire career and life you are on the move, no matter how big or small the change. Sometimes you make a decision yourself, or it is made for you. I would like to guide you through “movements” in your career. I myself have had several jobs. After my training, I worked in commercial positions, as a branch manager and as a commercial intermediary. After that, I worked as an intermediary at an employment agency and did recruitment. In the position that followed, I was involved in labour market communication and recruitment and selection for a large company. In these jobs, I was often “on the other side” of the applicant, which gave me a lot of experience and good insight into the entire application process.

After a while, I wanted to be more involved with “the person behind the CV” and put the human side first. I spoke to a career coach and then I knew for sure: I want that too!
Subsequently, I followed and completed my post-graduate training as a career coach with great pleasure and then I became an independent career coach.
