"Temporariness that endures."
Marion Plugge
Coach / TMA talent professional
“People fascinate me deeply, which is why I chose to study sociology. Coaching is my passion: every conversation inspires me, and I always take something valuable from it myself.
I come from a family of five children and am the eldest, born and raised in The Hague. I have two grown-up children whom I adore. Since 1974, I’ve lived in Rotterdam—a city that resonates with me. Here, I truly feel the “no nonsense, get things done” mentality that fits me perfectly.
For many years I have worked for the national government in various positions: as an organizational consultant, (interim) manager and management development advisor. In addition, I have coached government trainees and managers.
I’ve completed various coaching programs, including training at the School for Coaching, training as a Soulful Coach, and the program at Intercoach, which focuses on peer coaching for and by (national) civil servants.
I thoroughly enjoyed working in the national government. The sense of societal engagement and the focus on meaningful policy are aspects that continue to inspire me.
I started at “environment” at the time, that subject still has my great interest. However, I have also personally experienced the disadvantages of working for the national government: the bureaucracy, hierarchy and sometimes power games. I made a conscious choice to step out of this work and focus solely on coaching.
Your coaching question marks the beginning of our journey together. I’ll walk alongside you for a while. My goal is to offer you something that will benefit you for the rest of your life—hence the idea of ‘temporariness that endures.’
All the answers to your questions are already within you. I listen attentively, ask questions, and keep digging until we uncover the core of your story. I do this with respect, from the heart, and with great joy.
I am practical, empathetic, and someone who inspires trust. I love to use humor and creativity in my approach.
I’m thrilled to be part of the Dynamisch Bureau team. The motto, ‘making the most of talent,’ resonates with me and makes me feel right at home. It’s wonderful to be part of a team, where we can draw on each other’s knowledge and expertise. Ultimately, the goal is to help people regain the strength to move forward independently”
