I’ve faced difficult situations in my own life. That’s part of the journey. I’m here to support you in navigating these challenges by discovering and activating your talents.

I use different methods and techniques such as the compass model, Bateson, the miracle question, voice dialogue, the TMA Talent Analysis, etc.

Previously, I worked as a civil servant, policy officer, and senior HRM advisor at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, the Municipality of The Hague, and the Haaglanden Environmental Agency.

In addition, I have experience in the private sector, working for Albert Heijn, Direct Dutch, Marriott Hotel, and as a tour guide in South America for various travel organizations.

In 2016, I made the decision to become an independent coach, allowing me to fully live in alignment with my own talents. I also enjoy connecting with other organizations.
