As you have read, my last name is ‘Akoma’. ‘Akoma’ is the symbol of the heart ♡ and signifies patience and tolerance. These are also core values for me. My intuition is an important compass, the heart knows the way. My coaching is focused on self-management. So that you can take the desired steps independently and inspired, with the insights you have acquired, to find or keep a suitable job.

We shape the process together. I will ask you to complete assignments and tests. If desired and of added value, I also use my dog (a Labradoodle). As a coach I am committed, intuitive, calm, curious, open, practical, warm and result-oriented. It’s your journey, so you’re at the centre of the coaching.

I joined Dynamisch Bureau because it is a great next step in my development for me. My wish is more entrepreneurship and less paid employment. In addition, I enjoy working with colleagues despite my self-employment. I think it is important to be able to exchange and learn from each other.
